We had a fun day at Santa Barbara a few weeks ago when we watched Daddy do the Half Marathon. Good job Dad!

Nice place for a run! Yes, you must do the Fondue! And as for my running, just this week I have had a lot of knee pain and so I am really disappointed because I am signed up for a race on Thanksgiving. Do you ever have knee issues? How is your running?
