Please continue to pray for Grace Mark...

It has been 4 months since Andrew Mark went home to be with the Lord. Please continue to pray for his wife and children as the Lord teaches them to lean on Him like never before. You can read her latest blog entry from the link on the right.

Steve and I

Tracy takes amazing pictures and we asked if she would just take some at a family gathering since she always has her camera.  You can see all the pictures on her photoblog.

Our garden is producing in small numbers

Katy LOVES flowers.  Any kind in any color will do.  She is holding here some from our yard that are weeds but she does not want me to dig them up.  She won't be 4 forever so I am choosing to leave the weeds that blossom and she admires.

Our first squash and green beans have arrived. I'm sure by the end of the week we will have a ton of them as they grow so fast.

Faith Kids Graduation

How does she know these things?

Katy always surprises us.  On our road trip this weekend she saw a Geiko billboard and said look "We can save you money with Geiko".  And just a few minutes ago she held up a Kudos bar and said "Is this 100 calories?", and sure enough that's what it said on the front.  We don't let the kids watch much TV mostly just videos so I have to guess that she knows this from the commercials.  It's encouraging and frightening all in one how much she picks up.  I guess they now market toddlers with all the slogans.
